YAP...i am havinng a problem with my rear wheel... I have been trying to figure out what is wrong with it for months and i think you are correct. Most of the times i have to agressively use the rear brake the rear wheel gets out of its place. For some reason it just offsets and sometimes the tire actually starts rubbing against the left side of the fame. I first thought it was something to do with the rear brake or the quick release but it wouldn't make sense. It is seriously stupid...

Heey i saw you wrote on my friends wall about not being able to ajust your fork on your bike but i know how
all you have to do it take out thoese little rubber things with the + and - and there is a alen key hole to make them stiffer or more lose
